Illawarra Women's Health Centre - Weavers program

Supported by COORDINARE, Weavers is a carer peer-to-peer model that connects carers with a mentor, also known as a Weaver, who has lived experience as a carer.

The program can support you to deal with emotional challenges, navigate and negotiate services, care for yourself and connect with family and friends.
